SECOND - Download our 2010 MYBA Tournament ROSTER FORM, complete it with all your player information and have a parental signature for each player. Make a copy of the Roster and turn the original before your teams first game.
THIRD - Prepare your Team Book with 2010 MYBA Tournament Roster and copy of Birth Certificates (Team book will be returned after last game).

SUPER SERIES Rostering Instructions
Log into the Super Series Baseball of America site:
On the left menu click on “REGISTER TEAM”
Read and scroll down until you reach the Team Registration link.
You will need a VISA or MASTERCARD to make payment ($35)
You will need the following information in order to Roster the team: All Players’ names, addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth (Minimum of 9 players and maximum of 18 players).
Additionally, you must enter the Team Manager’s information, including daytime and evening phone numbers and e-mail address. You MUST also enter all your assistant coaches’ information (Name and phone number). If the coaches are not on the roster they may not coach! Teams are limited to one (1) manager and three (3) coaches.
After completing the Roster with all player and coaches information, make payment, and PRINT your ROSTER CERTIFICATE.
The ROSTER CERTIFICATE with copies of Birth Certificates for all your players MUST be turned in at the Team Tournament Check-In Desk one (1) hour prior the start of your team’s first scheduled tournament game.
