Mid Atlantic Erg Sprints Tomorrow at TC Williams

The MidAtlantic Erg Sprints are tomorrow at TC Williams HS. Athlete check-in closes one hour before the scheduled event time. Lightweights weigh in before check-in. You must be in the warm-up room 20 minutes before the scheduled start of your race. Don’t be late.
Right now Langley Crew has 18 registered rowers/coxswains. It is not too late to join in the fun. You may still register at the Erg Sprints. Register for relays, double-slide, kids and parent-child events Saturday.
Check the MidAtlantic Erg Sprints official web site for the schedule and start times. Also check in the event we actually get some snow tonight for any schedule changes.
