The Danville American 11/12 All-Stars fell to Lynchburg Colonial on Wednesday night at Miller Park by a score of 12-8, eliminating them from the district tourney.  Hats off to manager Don Satterfield, his staff, and all the players for the hard work and best effort. 

The Danville National 9/10 All-Stars were eliminated from district competition on Tuesday evening in Lynchburg.  The Nationals fell to Lynchburg Colonial in a close ball game, by a score of 5-4.  Hats off to Manager Robert Jones, his staff, and all the players for giving their best. 

The Danville 11/12 All-Stars kicked off district play this evening, facing each other at Dan Daniel Park.  The Nationals won a 2-1 thriller,behind an 11 strikeout, complete game by Dylan Harraway.  Jaylen Crews turned in a great performance as well, striking out 10 and driving in the lone American run with a solo home run.

The Nationals face Charlotte County on Monday night at Dan Daniel, at 6:30 pm.  The Americans will face Lynchburg Colonial on Wednesday, July 1, at 6:30 pm in Lynchburg (Miller Park).

 

The Danville National 9/10 All-Stars lost their first game in district play to Lynchburg Jefferson by a score of 7-0.  They now face Lynchburg Colonial on Tuesday, June 30th, at 6:30 PM in Lynchburg (Miller Park).
