We will be using the same approved baseballs from the 2011 season (Note: Some of these balls were discontinued, but if Organizations still have some, they are legal for 2012 league competition):
Rawlings: R1OO, R 100NF, R 100HS, R 100HSNF, ROLB, ROLB1, R NFHS, R20NF, RCC
Diamond: D1 PRONFHS, D1-OL, DOL-MVP, DOL-A, D1-NFHS, DOL-2, DOL-1, D1-AL EMBLEM, DAL-2PA
1. Complete Game - $35 each (if two umpires)
2. Show-Up Fee - $11
3. Incomplete Game (5 Innings) - $23
4. One Umpire (Biddy, Midget) - $52
5. Finish suspended game only:
-Show-Up Fee - $11
PLUS
-Fee per inning complete - $5
-Total not to exceed - $35
6. Finish suspended game the same day as regular scheduled game:
-Fee per inning completed - $5
-If 7 or more innings played - $35
A. ROSTER: Please have players listed alphabetically on your roster (Last name first). Must have a copy of your roster for each team in your conference plus one for the league secretary, and one for Sharon.

B. CONTRACTS: Please staple each players contract, birth certificate, and appropriate releases together and stack them alphabetically in your roster packet.
C. MAPS: Please make a map of directions to your field. Must have a map for each team in your conference, plus one for the league.
D. SCHEDULES: All schedule changes must be made by the end of roster night. Both coaches must agree and notify the umpire assignor & Sharon.
