Announcement
The Bucks Orange Varsity Cheer leaders, formerly the Jets JV Cheerleaders, will begin cheering this August as BYFA begins their 20th Season of Football & Cheer in it's 1st Season as members of the Lake Erie Youth Football League. The age group has changed at the Varsity Cheer level from 11, 12 and 13 year olds to 10 and 11 year olds. With the change the Varsity Squad will consist of the entire last year's Jets JV Squad who will move up and cheer at this level. Their Head Coach will be Miranda Watkins who was a Jets Cheerleader for many years and helped coach and put together half time routines when her mother Kim coached some of the Jets Cheer squads. She will have Ann Vogt. pictured above left) as an Assistant Coach. Ann was the Head Coach last year at the JV level. These girls' Team Mom will be Julie Shrader who was the Varsity Team Mom last season. We are looking forward to the new name, new uniforms and new league!
