Any player with outstanding fees (returned check, fundraiser etc...) will be taken off their team and placed on a waiting list until dues are paid. Once fees are paid players are not guaranteed to return to their original team. ***

- The Nomination period is through the last regular season game during the season; after nominations are received , ballots are reviewed and voted on by the sitting Board and/or President. Appointees are announced at Closing Ceremonies.
- ALL MERMAID LEAGUE PARTICIPANTS ARE INVITED and ENCOURAGED TO NOMINATE BOARD MEMBERS!!!
- Forms can be downloaded here or located at the snack-bar during the season.
- VOLUNTEERS - All parents, guardians and fans are invited to pitch-in at ANY time with preping fields, manning the snack-bar, umpiring and general park maintenance duirng the season, PLEASE jump right in & help out as often as possible!
- GAME REMINDERS - Players should arrive 1 hour before game time. Players should bring WATER, complete uniform, glove, cleats, and hair pulled in pony or braids. Players may not wear any jewelry or metal hair barrettes.
- PARENT SNACK BAR DUTY - All snack bar helpers must be 18 years old. Each team must provide helpers for 2 hours of snack bar duty to avoid player penalty. Any dates that are cancelled due to rain out - will be rescheduled at a later date.
