The Concession Schedule for the 2012 Spring Season has been posted.
Every team has two dates during the season which a minimum of four volunteers
from that team is responsible for manning the concession stand.

Major Division Schedule updated April 1, 2012 to accommadate change in schedule of the WestTest.
Manager & Coaches Meeting - March 25 1:00pm - Martinsburg High School Cafeteria
All manager and coaches for the Tee-Ball, Rookie and Minor Divisions are requested to participate.
Managers and coaches for the Major, Junior and Senior Divisions may attend if they missed the refresher training.
- Safety Training will begin promptly at 1:00 pm. Every coach or manager must have participated in a safety training once every three years. One manager or coach must have the current years safety training.
- Mechanics Clinic to immediately folow safety training presented by Mike Spry.
- Division Meetings to immediately follow. Team assignments will be handed out at this time.
