Also we would like to improve some of the fences on the fields for the safety of those watching the games.

Eligible players are those of the proper age per division who express an interest and are available from mid-June through the beginning of August.  

All star teams will be decided by the managers (head coaches) of teams eligible for each division. All rostered coaches are invited for open discussion of players.  Each team will then submit one ballot (one per team, not one per coach) of the 12 players they feel should be on the all star team. The Junior division coaches will decide the junior team, the Major division coaches will decide the 11/12 year old team. The Major division coaches along with the Minor division coaches will decided the 10/11 year old team (if enough players) and the 9/10 year old team.

The votes will be tallied by an Executive Committee.  If there is a tie in the balloting process, the Executive Committee will hold the tie-breaker. Age of player will be considered first and player performance second.

The manager will receive his team and may select up to 2 additional players, but is not required to select any additional players.

Teams may not be announced until the date set by Little League. Any communication of this information prior to the release date will deem the team ineligible for tournament play.

Anyone interested in managing an all-star team must submit a letter of interest to the Player Agent. Those expressing interest will then be placed on a ballot and voted on by the board.

 For those selected to the All-Star Team:

All players must submit orginal birth certificates and 3 proofs of residency. Examples of proof of residency are: driver's license, insurance information, car registration, voter registration, utility bills. Only one proof of residency may be a utility bill.

All star players are responsible for paying jersey and sock fee of $30.  The league provides the hats.  Parents may choose to have little league approved t-shirts designed for purchase in support.  

Dates for tryouts are February 12th and February 19th  2017.  Tryouts will be at the Bloomsburg YMCA. 

Only children changing divisions are required to tryout.  Children who need to try out MUST attend one of the tryout dates.  Children signing up for tee ball and coach pitch divisions do not try out, they will be assigned to a team.

Please be prompt. Late comers will not be able to participate in tryouts. Bats and helmets will be provided, but you are allowed to bring your own as well. Bring your own glove.

Times are as follows: Softball 12-1 pm, Juniors 1-2 pm, Majors 2-3 pm, Minors 3-4 pm.
