PALL PICTURE DAY~SUNDAY, APRIL 1, 2012~MAJOR FIELD

This is for A, AA, AAA, & Major Divisions. Junior picture date TBA.
Like last season,orders will be "pre-ordered" online at www.orderezonline.com/pall. All pre-orders will receive a discount! See below for more info.
Why not order a Panoramic "Sandlot" Team Photo. Great price this year, only $29 if a team orders four or more ($39 each for 3) Need a minimum of 3 orders from a team to do this shot. Orders must be placed before Picture Day - Sunday, April 1st.
FAQS
1. There are NO paper forms to fill out. All ordering is done online.
2. There are step by step instructions on the League store web site to assist in placing your pre-order.
3. The online pre-order form helps the parents estimate what they want to purchase. When the pictures are ready to view online, parents will receive an e-mail with a link and credit code for the pre-order amount.
4. Parents pick from multiple images and personalize their own products. They may change the products in their final order or add to their order. Deduct the pre-paid amount from the order total using the credit code.
5. Parents who did not pre-order online will pay a $20 deposit at the Check-in tent on Picture Day. They still need to go online to order and enter their $20 deposit credit code.
6. Fill out one online order form per child. The prepaid amounts for multiple players will be combined into one prepaid credit code amount and e-mailed to you to use when pictures are ready for viewing.
7. The order can be placed from your home, work or a family member computer. Use an email address that you use often where your pre-order credit and link to your pictures will be sent.
8. Our new “Designer Artwork” prints come from a separate vendor and will be shipped separately from the standard print order.
9. The information that parents provide online is used for order fulfillment only. It is not collected or sold to a third party.
10. Parents can access images from past years in the photo archives section of the online store.
11. Parents who cannot order online will need to contact MVP to place the order for you. MVP will choose the best image. There are no order envelopes.
12. Coaches, do not order your FREE Coach/Player 5x7 online. It will be printed separately from your order and delivered to the league for distribution.
13. Plaque order forms are available at the check-in tent on picture day. They will be delivered to the league for distibution.
