JCLL Opening Day, 2014

Gates to the JCLL Complex will open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5th for our 2014 Opening Day Ceremony which will begin at 9:00 sharp!  All parking within the complex will be closed until after the cermony for safety reasons; however, ample parking is available at both Jefferson High School and Wildwood Middle.  Please refer to the chart below to see where your child's team is to gather and line-up prior to the ceremony.

There will be tons of fun going on before, during, and after the ceremonies on Opening Day!  Be sure to come out on Saturday prepared to spend the day watching great baseball and softball games, enjoying some delicious food, picking up homemade baked goods, and more.  We'll have JCLL spirit wear for sale, there will be lots of great vendors on site, the Charles Town Cannons will be there, and the winners of our fantastic prize raffle will be drawn at noon!  Take a look at the map below to lay out your plans for the day!

Team Photos Scheduled for Sunday, May 4th

Team and individual player photos will be taken on Sunday, May 4th.  The photographer this season is Classic Photography and they will be running three photo stations in the outfield of our Juniors field so that three teams can be photographed at the same time.  Please see the schedule below and be sure that your players get to the field no later than the arrival time so that teams can be organized by Classic Photo staff and kept on schedule.

Classic Photography will have forms on site, but photo envelopes will be distributed to each team representative prior to the picture date.  Please make every attempt to fill out your forms and have payment ready when you arrive.  Photos will be mailed to each player's home within 2-3 weeks.  If you have any questions, please send them to jcllfundraising@yahoo.com.
