Registration and Payment Policy
All registration fees for Summerball / MUST be paid for (or a payment plan arranged with our registrar) by:

If you have not made arrangements with our registrar (registrar@vancouverminorbaseball.ca) by the date listed above, and as such, in accordance with our constitution; you will become a member not in good standing. Therefore, the player (or players) will not be eligible to play baseball for Vancouver Minor Baseball until the situation has been rectified.
If any fee’s are still owed to VMBA, we reserve the right to not register the player or remove the player from a team until all outstanding fee's have been paid for.However, please be aware that we are happy to work with any family to help rectify any payment issues.Vancouver Minor Baseball has a strong belief that no child should NOT have the ability to play baseball due to any financial hardship that a family may have. Again, we encourage you to contact our registrar (registrar@vancouverminorbaseball.ca) if you have any questions with regards to this matter.
Please see below options we are able to offer our families;
1. Make arrangements with our registrar and create a VMBA approved payment plan (i.e. – post-dated cheques).
2. JUMPSTART see http://jumpstart.canadiantire.ca/ The Jumpstart organization will pay directly to Vancouver Minor Baseball. There will be NO cash transactions between the organization and the families using this option. As mentioned above, they do however, limit amount that a family may use during the year. If you do wish to use this organization, our registrar would be happy help you out at our end. You must however make the first initial contact and fill out the applicable application forms. Please note that it is your responsibility to follow up with this organization and make sure funding is in place (you will be given a contact name to be sure to check up on your funding).VMBA will also be asking for your contact information to confirm funding is in place. If funding doesn't arrive in a timely manner, the player does risk removal from the team .
VANCOUVER MINOR BASEBALL REFUND POLICY FOR SUMMERBALL SEASON No refunds will be issued after July 1st, 2014. Should an injury occur and the child is unable to play then there must be a doctor's note / report provided to VMBA (at your cost).If you qualify for a refund it will be prorated to amount of games left when this happens Please contact our President (Mary McCann) or Vice President (Tony Borean) if you wish a refund.
Please note that if any are cost are incurred by VMBA during this time (i.e. uniform kit BC ), only a partial refund will be given.

Hello All
The time again has come to start preparing for our Summerball Season. The executive will select only the Manager (head coach), the Manager once selected will be responsible in selecting his coaching staff. If you are interested in either Managing or coaching a team this summer please fill out the Summerball Coaching Application found on our Website. Click Here
Please check the BC Minor Website Rulebook where you will find the minimim N.C.C.P ( National Coaching Certification Program ) requirements pertaining to each of your divisions. Non - qualified coaches will not be allowed to participate in the Summer Season. There is absolutely no exceptions to this. Nor will there be any positions granted to those whom have not submitted the Criminal Record Check.
The deadline for Applications will be May 31th
