All volunteers who will be involved with FC United soccer teams must complete the Risk Management Disclosure form. Please follow the provided link.
Upon completion, please notify Nicole Lambson at operations@fourcornersunited.com.
Players will be placed in ability based training groups once evaluations are complete.
Each group will be assigned a training night.
Training group size is planned at 12 to 16 players.
