Thanks to all of our parents who made it to the MAST Board meeting Tuesday night, everyone on the Board values our parents input. Below is a recap of items that were discussed

1- The search for our new Head Age Group Coach continues. Steve Gerwe is collecting applicant information. At the current time we have interest from both inside and outside of the team. The team’s goal is to have a new Head Age Group Coach in place by the start of the Spring / Summer 2010 Season at the absolute latest

2- Efforts for registration are being ramped up for the 2010 Summer Session. Two Open Houses will be hosted on February 2nd and 9th to let perspective families check out MAST before official registration begins in April. Flyers will be distributed to the schools to announce this and registration. The team is also purchasing yard signs to get the word out. MAST is also implementing a $50 credit for current families that refer a new family to the program that signs up. More details on this will follow. Please spread the word to friends and neighbors about MAST!!

3- February 3rd will be team picture day at 6:30pm. This will be followed by a pizza party and open swim for all MAST families! More details to follow
