No practice for all groups on Tuesday 1/24 and Saturday 1/28. Red 3 and Black 3 will have an additional practice this Sunday, 1/29, 10-12.

Keiser Photography was at the pool during our Red Vs Black meet. All photos will be placed online and available for purchase from Keiser. Keiser will donate a portion of the funds back to MAST. As soon as the pictures are posted, we will send out the link. Thanks to Keiser Photography for their support of MAST!
It is hard to believe our last home meet is quickly approaching. As in years past, you will be able to put congratulations and words of encouragement to your swimmer in the February Heat Sheet. $5 gets you 3 lines in the heat sheet. Email your message to davestriet@gmail.com by Jan 27th. To pay you can put a check made payable to MAST in the “Striet” folder at the pool or give cash to Dave. Please put cash in an envelope with your name on it.
MAST was recognized by the Milford Board of Education for our part in helping to replace the entry doors to the pool. MAST, Milford High School and the Milford School District continue to work together to make our facility a great place for our swimmers to train.
The MAST Silver “Championship Team” caps will be available at the pool for $15 for all swimmers who are competing in the Regional Championships in February (this is entirely optional, black MAST caps are fine). See Coach Corey. Please make checks payable to MAST or put cash in an envelope with your name on it. These are the same caps that were available for the Long Course champs in the summer. If you still have yours there is no need to purchase.

Swaps Needed:
Larimore would like to switch from Sat PM to Sun AM.
Bell would like to switch from Sun PM to Fri PM
Davis (2) would like to switch one person from console to another job, both on Sunday AM. If you can switch, please go to Signup Genius and request a swap with the above mentioned people.
