This Week:
No practice for all groups today (Monday) and Thursday. Red 2 will have an additional practice this Friday, 1/20, 6-7PM.
Also there is no practice on Saturday, 1/21, due to the Red Vs Black meet.
All meet information for the Red Vs Black meet has been posted on the Meet Information Page. Red Team warms up at 9am. Black Team warms up at 9:20. The meet starts at 10am. PLEASE PRINT YOUR OWN HEAT SHEETS. We will not have extra copies to sell. We will have Red and Black tattoos for the kids to show their Team Spirit!
We have over 80 people attending the post Red Vs Black meet event at Quaker Steak and Lube. Please e-mail davestriet@gmail.com TODAY by 5PM if you plan to attend and include the number of people attending.

Check the bulletin boards for signups for the MAST February meet, Sycamore All American meet and Regional’s.
• The MAST February meet is mandatory for all swimmers!
• The Sycamore meet is for all 10 and Unders with times slower than “BB” time standards. These time standards are posted on our bulletin board. All swimmers will receive a trophy for their efforts at an end of the meet ceremony!
• Regional’s is a 3 day meet for all swim teams in the area. Great competition for all swimmers!

Please e-mail Coach Corey (e-mail below) with the amount of MAST money your swimmer has by Tuesday, 1/17. The board is developing the catalog now!
Kate Storch donation update: MAST presented a check to Andy Storch in the amount of $247 through the purchase of the wrist bands at our November meet. Andy thanked everyone for their generosity and asked that the money be donated back to the club’s scholarship fund in Kate’s name.
