Don’t forget to check the Signup Site to know your volunteer positions. Here is the link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/winter683
You need to arrive at least 20 minutes before the meet starts to check in. Robyn Fontaine (or her husband) will be checking in volunteers all weekend. If you signed up for hospitality or concessions, they could use your help as soon as warmups begin – 1 hour before the meet starts.
Some positions had to change based on the criticality of the job. They may change again this weekend. We appreciate your flexibility.
If you are unfamiliar with your role, please let Robyn or I know and we can find someone to help you.
We still need someone to work the computer on Sunday afternoon. This is one of those critical positions. Please signup using the link above.
Warmup times and the overall timeline are in the Meet section of our website.
At tonight’s session, we will not be running the concessions stand. There is a basketball game, and Milford Boosters will be using it.
Don’t forget to stay in the pool area tonight. No camping out in the hallways.
Thanks and have fun this weekend!
No practice for all groups on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of this week; because this is the weekend of our last home meet! All information for the Feb. Invitational is posted on Team Pages, including warm-up times and the psych sheet. For the Friday session, all attendees must be in the pool area since there is a Milford basketball game. There will be no “camping” out allowed in the lobby or back hallway for the Friday Session
Signups for concession food is on the bulletin board. Also, hospitality could use some drinks. See their respective Team Pages e-mails for details.
Unfortunately, we will not be selling MAST meet shirts this weekend.

Please remember that a swimmer’s season is over AFTER their last meet. For most swimmers that is either the Sycamore All American meet or Regional’s. For example, if your swimmer is only swimming at the All American meet (not Regional’s), they will not attend practice on Monday, 2/13. If you have any questions about the end of the season, email Coach Corey.
In the upcoming weeks, we will post information about spring sign ups, the Winter Banquet, and MAST Money items!
As always, if there are any questions about these topics, please e-mail MASTCoachCorey@yahoo.com.

It is hard to believe our last home meet is quickly approaching. As in years past, you will be able to put congratulations and words of encouragement to your swimmer in the February Heat Sheet. $5 gets you 3 lines in the heat sheet. Email your message to davestriet@gmail.com by Jan 27th. To pay you can put a check made payable to MAST in the “Striet” folder at the pool or give cash to Dave. Please put cash in an envelope with your name on it.
MAST was recognized by the Milford Board of Education for our part in helping to replace the entry doors to the pool. MAST, Milford High School and the Milford School District continue to work together to make our facility a great place for our swimmers to train.
The MAST Silver “Championship Team” caps will be available at the pool for $15 for all swimmers who are competing in the Regional Championships in February (this is entirely optional, black MAST caps are fine). See Coach Corey. Please make checks payable to MAST or put cash in an envelope with your name on it. These are the same caps that were available for the Long Course champs in the summer. If you still have yours there is no need to purchase.
