The Primary objective is to provide the youth of Jackson County the opportunity to participate and learn basketball in a competitive league.
Further, JCYB shall promote the ideas of good sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, and respect for authority, so that the youth may grow to exhibit these qualities as adults
