To save money, browse VSAthletics.com (Jan. 1 or earlier) or call 800-676-7463 for smaller sizes below size 7 ($30 VSA brand); or, visit Schuylkill Valley Sports SVS (215-538-1171) strip mall locations only (Quakertown) who carry ~sizes 6-7 and up ($30 on sale). NOTE: if you do not yet know whether your athlete is a distance runner or s sprinter, please purchase distance shoes or nothing. Distance runners should NEVER buy shoes with a hard plastic "plate" on the bottom (those are sprinters shoes)!

Unattached athletes

Athletes may not self-register for a meet unless it is a ROS/POS meet with expressed written permission to do so.

Undergarments

T shirts (under a singlet), LS shirts and tights, must be solid black (excludes bras).

Uniform

Athletes must compete in a team-ordered, LSA-advertised, singlet/jersey from any season and approved shorts or tights.

Sublimated "Ultrafuse" compression club track singlets (FREE club $hipping) will be available for purchase in Oct/Nov. This initial order of compression singlets will be distributed to those athletes in December.  A second order of compression singlets is not recommended by the vendor (insufficient lead time to custom make). Therefore, traditional loose-fitting signlets or tees will be offered instead to those who join late (minimum team order and shipping surcharges may apply).

Matching shorts are sold on the LSA Team Store. Shorts may also be purchased on own. Suggestions are solid black compression via Walmart online made by Starter/Reebok or at Target by Champion or solid black lightweight tights (capris/full length) at Target. The GTM (LSA’s vendor) LSA Team Store may offer additional optional team items for you to purchase at will…..we hope you will :o)

Some singlets/jerseys/tees ordered after November 2 are not guaranteed for delivery by the first regularly-scheduled meet on Jan. 20.
