Lakeland Track and Field

Lakeland boys varsity track team beat Riverside 119-22. Winners were Chase Nolan in the 110 and 300 hurdles, Billy Good in the 100, Jakob Snipes in the 200, Thomas Pidgeon in the 400, Matt McGowan in the 800, Noah Chup in the 1600, and Zach Reeves in the 3200 on the track. Cj Dippre took wins in the shot put and discus, Chris Mellon won the triple jump and Javelin and Nathan Vigil won long jump in the field. Lakeland also won all 3 relays 4x800(Caleb Vigil, David Campbell, Joe Bootz,James Lewis), 4x100 (N.Vigil, Good, Snipes, Brandon Wentovich) and the 4x400 (Lewis, Mike Pidgeon, T.Pidgeon,Snipes). Next week the team is away at Carbondale.
