4th Annual TABB Winter Baseball Clinic
Click on "League Photos" for 2006 Winter Camp pictures
Moms and Dads, please don't forget about our free annual Winter Baseball Day Camps coming up during the Winter School Break.  Your child must be registered for the 2007 season.  We go over basic fundamentals with personalized instruction during the 2-day event.  Multiple work stations are set up with daily practice games to put into practice what the players learned that day.  You may stay and watch or drop-off and pick-up.  As a courtesy, please be on time for both.  Players need to report 1/2 hr. early on the first day to allow time for check-in.

Players need to be dressed appropriately:
Cleats
Baseball pants or sweats (No shorts)
T-shirt (No collared shirts)
Protective Cup (T-ball and Shetland excluded)
Baseball Hat

Players need to bring:
Glove
Bat (If they do not own one, bats will be provided)
Batting Helmet (Again, if they do not own one, one will be provided)
A great attitude and a willingness to have fun.

Don't miss out on our 4th annual Winter Baseball Day Camp!

I would like to take this opportunity to explain the fee schedule approved by the TABB Board for the 2006 Season.  Registration fees have increased by $10.00, ($5.00 if you register before Dec. 15, 2005), per player and a new idea for collecting fees upfront has been adopted.  The fee comparison of 2005 vs. 2006 is outlined below:

Registration:

2005

2006

T-Ball / Shetland

75.00

125.00

Other Divisions

125.00

175.00

Fundraising:

Auction Basket

10.00

Included

Raffle Tickets

20.00

Included

Team Yearbook Ads

10.00

Included

For example, if your child played in Mustang last year, registration fees ($125.00) plus fundraising fees ($40.00) totaled $165.00.  This year, registration fees will be $175.00, all upfront, rather than requesting fees throughout the season.  There will be no mandatory fundraising fees collected this year.  The $10.00 fee increase can be reduced by taking advantage of the $5.00 early bird discount if you register before December 15.  This reduces the overall increase to only $5.00.  We hope this helps clarify the 2006 fee schedule and we look forward to seeing you in the Spring.

 Sincerely,

The TABB 2006 Board

New for 2006

The 2006 TABB baseball season is just around the corner!  Thanks to everyone that took the time to fill out our League Evaluations last year.  As a result of your input, we have a couple of new and exciting things going on this year and here is just a few of them:
** "T-Ball" is now open to 4 yr. olds as well as 5's.
** 6 yr. olds will be playing "Shetland," which is an instructional division with "Coach Pitch" and learning the basic rules of baseball.
** 7 and 8 yr. olds in "Pinto" this year will be playing "Kid Pitch."

Registration Fees

"ONE FEE; NO FUNDRAISING"
Again, based on your input, we have decided this year to include fundraising dues into the registration fee.  Basically, all monies are just collected up front instead of collecting $10-$15 once every couple weeks.  We divided our annual operating costs and divided it by the number of players we average yearly and did away with mandatory fundraising.
T-Ball (4-5 yr. olds) $125
Shetland (6 yr. olds) $125
Pinto (7-8 yr. olds) $175
Mustang (9-10 yr. olds) $175
Bronco (11-12 yr. olds) $175
(Age of player as of April 30th, 2006)
*Early Bird Discount: From now through Dec. 15th, take an additional $5 off per player as an earlybird discount.
*Multi-Player Discount: Take an additional $15 off for every player after your first family member. *Family Fee Maximum: $350

* All fees include pro-team uniform with pants, socks, belt, hat, jersey with your child's name on the back, team photo on plaque as well as individual picture, and participation award at the end of the season.  Again, no additional fundraising is required for the entire season.
