We operate leagues throughout the valley for schools, teams and organizations. Great for beginners and a great league for youth leaguers to work on their speed & skills during the off-season! Started by Coach Mo in 1998, the league is supported by the Arizona Cardinals the AAU and includes Coach Mo Speed Camps. Coach Mo Speed Camps The Lightning Track Club Football Camps & Clinics Tracy Sanders' Spiritline Frank Sanders' League Football Football Specific Training Camps Since 1993, Coach Mo & Lightning Track Club (LTC) trained athletes and alumni have won track & field state championships and dozens of medals an all sports at all levels. Currently, dozens of our alumi are on NFL, NBA, baseball, and NCAA athletic rosters, academic scholarships and 16 are on current high school teams. The Lightning was started as the Lightning Track Club in 1992 by tennis coach Ben Shorter and Maurice Streety. Our training now transcends athletics, with the inception of Coach Mo SportsGroup to other sports helping athletes ages 5 to adult reach their goals....faster. Youth football, soccer, basketball, softball & baseball teams as well as High school, college & pro rosters are dotted with talented athletes with Lightning "roots" and ties to Coach Mo.....Join Us! Track & Field Cross Country Track & Field Camps Training in hurdles & sprint technique -Registration & Practice begins the second week in January!!! -Practice twice a week, featuring weekly "tracknights" -Compete in USA Track & Field meets begining in February! The Lightning was started as the Lightning Track Club in 1992 by tennis coach Ben Shorter and Maurice Streety. Since 1993, Lightning Track Club (LTC) trained athletes and alumni have won 26 track & field state championships and dozens of medals. Currently, 31 alum are on NFL, NBA, baseball, and NCAA athletic rosters, 9 on academic scholarships and 16 are on current high school teams. The team competes in scheduled USA Track & Field, AAU and various citywide department of parks & recreation meets and cross country events year-round. Because of our tradition of training multi-sport athletes, Coach Mo SportsGroup was formed to offer a variety of other sports (football, cheer & speed training) to our athletes as we strive to continue to train the best in athletic talent.
