Seneca Ridge River Bend Basketball League will be conducting our final house league assessment drills for all middle school and elementary school divisions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 28, 29 and 30 October at Seneca Ridge Middle School.  A detailed schedule by division/grade will be posted in the coming days and will be listed on the "Events" tab on the left hand margin.

It is necessary that every player attend an assessment for their division/grade.

Note:  Players that attended the previous assessment drills need not attend. 

Please plan to arrive on time for sign-in so we can start quickly.  Each division will have only one hour of gym time to conduct this round of assessments. 

FAQ

1. What is the difference between the Travel Team and House League in SRRBBL?

A: Travel teams are formed via tryouts. Grades for travel teams are 6/7/8th grade and for boys and girls.

In the House League, there are no tryouts. Players are assessed and then drafted to a team.  

2. When does the travel team play and where do they play?

A: The travel teams play in various middle schools in Loudoun County. The travel teams play on Sunday afternoons/evenings.

3. When does the season begin?

A: The season begins in mid-November for team practices. The first game will begin on Dec 7th for the House League.

4. If my child tries out for the travel team and does not make the team, what happens?

A: They will automatically be placed into the House League in their respective division. 

5.  When will the house league assessments take place?

A: They will take place by mid-October. You will be notified via email once the players are registered.
