2010 All-Star Shirts are ON SALE NOW
Click on the Form to the left and fill-it out! Save the completed form under your name, attach it to your email and send to info@fairfieldpacificlittleleague.com. You may pay by cash, check or money order which must be submitted to your team manager, coach, or team parent and received by Kelly Esparza, FPLL Uniforms Director, no later than Monday, June 28. You may also submit by US mail to us! Please enclose your check or money order if you submit by mail.
