To all parents of goalies:
One of the BLC’s goals is to encourage and to help out all Crookston youth within the hockey program. We continue to look for ways to enhance and make the program the best it can be for all involved. We hope you encourage your child to continue to work on their hockey skills throughout the summer. Any extra time spent in the off season will show on the ice next fall.
If you are interested in having your child attend a goalie camp this summer, we are willing to help you out with the financial portion. The BLC will reimburse one-half the cost of one camp up to $300. There are no restrictions on which camp you can attend. All applicants are subject to BLC board and coaches approval.To apply for reimbursement, have a copy of your cancelled check or credit card statement along with a certificate of completion and supply us with your name, child’s name, camp attended, dates of camp, and cost. This information can be given to any board member for approval. The child must be squirt/10U level or above in the upcoming hockey season. Both boys and girls are eligible.

Just wanted to give some quick information on some required forms and how to access them.
On the menu tab under "Policies and info" there are several forms for you to use. These forms are required for certain things and must be downloaded, printed, filled out and then returned.
Summer Hockey Waiver.......this form must be signed before your child participates in any off season hockey activity.
BLC Check Request.......this form is used if you have spent your own personal money and are requesting reimbursement from the Blue Line Club. Example: team party
BLC Expense Reimbursement.....this form would be used if you have paid own personal money for a repair or upgrade or product purchase on behalf of the Blue Line Club. Example: shelving for concession stand
BLC Cash Receipt........this form would be used if you have collected money that needs to be deposited in the Blue Line Club account. Example: t-shirt sales
To access these forms, click "policies and info".......find which is the correct form you need and click on it. This will bring you to the handout, and you will need to click on it again, or the icon next to it. A download window will then come up, click on "download now". Form will open, you will then need to print form, fill it out and return it.

We are pleased to have CHRIS WALTZ as the instructor for this clinic. He comes highly recommended. He received his major in Wildlife Management and is currently employed by UMC. He attended Chisago Lakes High School. His hockey background includes: Goalie instructor for the John Elkin Goalie School, Goalie coach for the Grantsburg Squirt A team, Goalie coach for the Chisago Lakes youth hockey program. He has played Junior A for Selkirk Manitoba, Junior B for St. Paul Lakers, was in the final 52 for the Select 17, and was a member of Team Minnesota Select 16. He was a varsity goalie for 4 years and was captain and MVP.
There is no extra charge for this and every goalie should attend each week.
