"Between the Pipes" Fund

 

The STHA is currently accepting applications for the 2016-2017 "Between the Pipes" Fund awards.  All applications must be received by September 5th, 2016 to be considered for the award.  Award recipients will be notified no later than one (1) week after the submission deadline.

 

The Between the Pipes Fund was established in 2007 to benefit members of the greater Binghamton area youth ice hockey community and to memorialize Bill Pfeiffer as a long-term supporter of youth hockey.

 

The STHA grows this fund with the STHA Ice Breaker Fundraiser and other events. The fund will provide the base fees associated with each age group, based on USA Hockey age classifications.  The fund will benefit the following levels, regardless of position played and the program of participation (house or travel): 6U/8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U.  If awarded, the fund will make the base fee payment directly to the STHA to offset the recipient's base fees.

TRAVEL TEAMS - FINAL JERSEY SIZING SESSION

We will hold one final jersey sizing sessions for players on the 2016-2017 Travel teams upstairs at the IceHouse Sports Complex on Tuesday, July 26th, from 5:15-6:15pm. 

Players should bring their upper equipment (shoulder/elbow pads) with them to make sure we have an accurate size for their jerseys this season. 

Players who have not yet been sized are strongly encouraged to attend, as once jerseys are ordered we will be unable to change the jersey size.

  7th ANNUAL RAISE THE RINK

GOLF TOURNAMENT  

    SCORE Rink and Community Center presents the 7th Annual Raise the Rink Golf Tournament.

The event will be held Saturday, August 27th 2016 at the Enjoie Golf Course at 1:00PM.
