Makeup tryouts for the Spring 2012 season will be held:

Anyone volunteering in any capacity and/or having repetitive access to children in the Hopkinton Little League program (e.g. coaching, assistant coaching, team parent, field work, board member, regular dog house worker, etc.) must completely fill out BOTH of the following:

1. Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) Request Form
2. Little League Volunteer Application for check of National Sex Offender Registry

BOTH forms must be completely filled out with ALL requested information and two copies of ID, signed and returned to (BY JANUARY 31, 2011):

No other forms may be used, past applications will not be considered and applications for other town sports will also not be considered.

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE APPROVED THROUGH THIS PROCESS PRIOR TO ANY INVOLVEMENT OR INTERACTION WITH THE CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN THE HOPKINTON LITTLE LEAGUE PROGRAM.

- tryouts are MANDATORY

- player will be placed in 14U League

DOB is on or between 1/1/98 - 12/31/99 (12U)
- tryouts are MANDATORY

DOB is on or between 1/1/00 - 12/31/01 (10U)
- tryouts are MANDATORY

DOB is on or between 1/1/02 - 12/31/02
- tryouts are OPTIONAL for those attempting to move up to 10U

DOB is on or between 1/1/03 – 4/30/06
- there are NO TRYOUTS for this age group
- MUST BE 5 BY APRIL 30th 2011 TO PLAY

Rain and wet fields. No practices and games for Monday, June 1.
