The following are the planned game times for the finals and all star games on June 7: 

There is parking in the high school parking lot with a short walk to the stadium or there is limited parking on Calle Acervo, which is a side street just before the high school that runs past the high school stadium.  Do not park in the restricted areas or you may get a ticket.

Attached is a summary of the rosters for the all star games.

All stars should arrive 45 minutes before their game time and check in near the scorers table.  Each player has an assigned jersey number that will need to be returned after the game in exchange for an all star t-shirt.

Please- no dogs.

PROCEDURE FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES:

From this point forward, if you need to make a change to the schedule, the coaches need to contact one another directly to work out alternate dates/times/locations.  The procedure should work as follows:

 The coach with a schedule issue should contact the other coach and work out several alternatives for the game.  The coach with the scheduling issue should then e-mail Bob Duggan (official@san.rr.com), with a copy to Steve Whitman (steve.whitman@kratosdefense.com) and the other coach, identifying the game number, date, time and both teams, noting the scheduling problem and propose some alternatives noting game date, time, and location for the alternatives.  I suggest you consider listing several alternatives in order of preference. There is a good chance that a proposal will not work from a ref perspective so it will make the process more efficient if you have several that Bob Duggan can choose from if the first one does not work. Please remember to identify your game by including the game number, date, time and both teams so there is no confusion as to what game is to be changed.  When proposing alternatives, please keep the following in mind about referee availability: Mondays and Sundays are good in general, no games on Fridays until high school season ends. 

Once Bob Duggan selects a proposal, he will reply to the e-mail noting the change that was accepted and the change becomes official.  He will then enter the change into the scheduling website that will automatically send an e-mail out to the listed contacts for each team noting the game change.  This will be the point that the SDCLA website will be updated. 

  If you need to make a change less than 48 hours in advance of the game (including rainouts), the coach with the schedule problem will be responsible for contacting the following people by phone to let them know the game is being postponed: the other coach and the refs assigned to the game (obtained from Arbiter website). You should call all of the phone numbers listed for the refs on the Arbiter web site and then send an e-mail if all else fails.  This extra effort is important to increase the chance that the ref does not show up at the game site.  You should also e-mail Bob Duggan to inform him of the change.
