Warm-ups/Try-outs for the A and B Leagues for the 2019-20 Season
Welcome to the 2019-2020 Season for the Cleveland Heights Senior Hockey League.
Our try-outs will be taking place on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 10:15 PM and Monday, September 9, 2019 @ 9:00 PM at the Cleveland Heights Ice Arena. All returning players are welcome to skate at this pick-up style tryout and use it as a warm-up for the new season. All new players must attend at least one session to be assessed for placement in the correct division and to help assure the teams are as balanced as possible.
The A league plays out of Gilmore Academy and typically plays on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The B league plays out of Cleveland Heights and typically plays on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We anticipate starting the B league games on Monday, September 16th. I am waiting to hear about the start date for the A league.
I will post the fee schedule as soon as I receive it from Paul Tomann.
Fees for the B Division are estimated as follows. You will need to write 2 separate checks, one to the CHSHL for the team fees and one to the City of Cleveland Heights for the ice fees:
City of Cleveland Heights Ice Fees: Residents of Cleveland Heights: $ 155.00 Non- Residents: $ 235.00
CHSHL Fees: Returning 2018/19 Players: $180.00 New Players: $200.00

More 2018-2019 CHSHL League Details REVISED
As a reminder, the B league plays out of the Cleveland Heights Ice Arenas and the A league will once again play at Gilmour. B league games will be mostly on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A League games will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
DATES FOR THE TRYOUTS/WARM-UPS HAS CHANGED DUE TO THE ICE NOT BEING READY IN TIME.
*New Dates* Tryouts for new players/warm-ups for returing players (any new players to the league must attend at least one of these sessions):
Monday, 9/17/18 - 9:00 PM @ Cleveland Heights on the North Rink
Wednesday, 9/19/18 - 10:00 PM @ Cleveland Heights on the North Rink
We expect the league to begin the week of 9/24 depending on the number of new and returning players that register.
The registration form is attached to this post if you want to fill it out in advance of the tryouts. Otherwise, Paul will have copies at the rink that you can fill out during tryouts. Per Paul, no one will be allowed to play until they have paid in full.
B League Fees remain identical to last year. You will need to write two checks or pay the whole fee in cash.
B League fees are as follows:

2018-19 CHSHL Warm-up Sessions and Tryouts REVISED
We are preparing for the 2018-2019 CHSHL season and getting together the forms and cost information now. These should be available fairly soon. The warm-up sessions have been scheduled as below at the Cleveland Heights rink.
We still plan to have the A league playing on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at Gilmour.
The B league will be playing mostly Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Cleveland Heights.
We plan to have 4-6 teams for each league depending on how many players register.
I will post additional information as soon as I receive it.
