Is Soccer Your Thing...

 or would you like it to be?  If you would like to play and compete at the highest levels of soccer and you are willing to put in the time, effort and commitment to do so, then SLS is the place for you! 

SLS is looking for the most committed and dedicated players Salt Lake has to offer. You do not have to be the most talented or gifted player nor do you have to have years of experience. It does mean that players and parents are willing to be 100% committed and dedicated to the SLS program.

You are a good candidate for SLS if:

1-You want to train and play at the highest levels of soccer, and expect to.
2-You would like to develop and master advanced soccer skills.
3-You are willing to rearrange other sports & activities to keep your soccer commitment.
4-You aren't afraid of hard work, you are coachable & can work in a team enviroment.
5-You are willing to work through failures to achieve sucess.
6-Your parents and family support you 100% in this soccer path
7-You are committed to this program & you see your SLS team as a soccer home that will prepare you as you move forward in your soccer career. In other words you will take pride in SLS and will remain loyal and true to your team year after year as you develop as a team.
If you can honestly say yes to the 7 statements listed above and you feel it in your heart, then SLS is the place for you!

Pre Registration/Registration

We are only accepting serious players and families into the SLS program for 2010-2011. Tryouts (if needed) will be determined by pre-registration and will be by invitation only. All U9-U11 players will be automatically accepted into the program provided they have been honest in their desire to play at this level. U12-U18 will be determined on a need basis. We are confident in our ability to develop players therefore it is more important that players and their families are certain of their answers to the seven questions of what makes you a good candidate for the SLS program. 

To Register Please:
1-Fill in the short pre-registration survey below and then submit your answers
2-Click on the link below to fill out the UYSA Registration

3-Print out the SLS Uniform size sheet and fill it out (Please see link below)
4-Mail or email UYSA Registration, Uniform size sheet, current 1x1 picture and a copy of players birth certificate (proof of age required by UYSA).

SLS 2010-2011 Fees are as follows:
1-Registration Fee  $575.00
Due at Registration
2-Game/Practice Uniform  $200.00 (New Players) $65.00 (Returning Players)
Due at Registration
3-Monthly Training Fee $50.00
Due at the end of each training month
4-Tournament Fees $240.00 (includes four tournaments)
Due two months prior to each tournament
5-State Cup Fee $120.00
Due Feb. 1 2011
