CABC ROSTER FORM (FILLABLE- LEGAL SIZE PAPER)
For the eighth consecutive year, Connecticut is proud to host the Clemente North Atlantic Regional Tournament. The Tournament will be played at the Baseball Association of Wolcott (BAW) complex, located on Nichols Road in Wolcott, CT. The Tournament will run from July 12th through July 15th. The winner advances to the Clemente World Series in McDonough, GA to be played from July 25th through July 29th.
Teams participating in the Clemente Regional will stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Waterbury (63 Grand Street, Waterbury, CT). Reservations can be made by calling the Marriott at 1-877-231-7890. TO RECEIVE THE GROUP RATE, YOU MUST IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS A MEMBER OF THE CLEMENTE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT GROUP.

The Tournament will be played at the Baseball Association of Wolcott (BAW) complex (Nichols Road, Wolcott, CT) and at other fields in the Greater Waterbury area. The Tournament will run from July 19th through July 22nd. The winner advances to the Mantle World Series in McKinney, TX to be played from July 31st through August 4th.
Teams participating in the Mantle Regional will stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Waterbury (63 Grand Street, Waterbury, CT). Reservations can be made by calling the Marriott at 1-877-231-7890. TO RECEIVE THE GROUP RATE, YOU MUST IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS A MEMBER OF THE MANTLE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT GROUP.

NEWS FOR 2012
SEVERAL RULES CHANGES HAVE BEEN PASSED BY THE AABC WHICH WILL TAKE EFFECT IN 2012. PLEASE CLICK ON THE "AABC RULES CHANGES" TAB TO READ MORE.
IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. All bats must have the certification of BPF of 1.15 or less in 2012. In 2013, all bats must have an AABC logo.
2. In AABC Stan Musial, Connie Mack Don Mattingly, Mickey Mantle and Ken Griffey Jr Division Tournaments, only wood, laminate or composite wood of similar material bats ( the only exception to the similar material is the Baum Bat) may be used. The bat must not exceed 42 inches in length and 2.61 inches in diameter.
3. Connie Mack may now have twenty- two (22) players on their roster.
4. Insurance waivers will no longer be issued for Regional or National Competition Tournaments. All teams must have K and K Insurance.
5. All leagues must require that each of its teams complete an official AABC Roster, which is the ONLY roster form that can be utilized for National Tournaments. On or before 24 hours prior to the first game of all Regional and National Qualifying Tournaments, each team qualified for or entering the Regional or National Qualifying Tournament must submit an official AABC online roster at www.aabc.us. Each Tournament Director must mark the online roster as certified once he has verified and confirmed said certification. These certified rosters will then be available online to the Tournament Director at the next stage of Tournament competition. Teams needing player contact information in order to add a player to their roster as an "Extra Player" under Rule 205, may contact the National Office for that information.

AMERICAN BASEBALL, INC. WILL BE RUNNING THE WORLD SERIES FOR THE FOLLOWING DIVISIONS: HODGES, KOUFAX, GRIFFEY, MATTINGLY AND MUSIAL. THESE TOURNAMENTS ARE BEING REFORMATTED TO 25-TEAM TOURNAMENTS.

WORLD SERIES TRAVEL WILL NO LONGER BE ARRANGED BY THE AABC OR THE WORLD SERIES HOST. INSTEAD, EACH TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING ITS OWN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, AND WILL RECEIVE A SET REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE AABC.

THE NORTH ATLANTIC REGION WILL BE HOSTING "SUPER-REGIONALS" FOR THE HODGES 11 YEAR OLD AND THE GRIFFEY 15 YEAR OLD AGE DIVISIONS IN 2012. THESE TOURNAMENTS WILL BE PLAYED IN BROOKLYN, NY and LOWER WESTCHERSTER COUNTY, NY, RESPECTIVELY.

CT WILL ONCE AGAIN BE HOSTING REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS FOR THE CLEMENTE AND MANTLE DIVISIONS. CT WILL ALSO BE HOSTING A REGIONAL TOURNAMENT FOR THE MUSIAL DIVISION.
