Are there any discounts offered?


Yes. ASU employees and students or families with more than one child (siblings) attending camp during one session or A child or children who participate in more than one week of camp.

What is the camp refund policy?


To receive a refund you must notify the camp director at least one week prior to the first day of camp. the refund will be the total cost of camp minus the $25 non refundable registration fee and the online process fee of $12. If you contact the cmap director before the first day of camp but inside a week prior you may recieve 1/2 total cmap cost minus $25 NRD and the online process fee. You may also elect to trasfer your childs camp to another week.

What forms are required in order for my child to participate?


If registering online you don't need forms but there are boxes to check if you agree. NCAA guidelines, outdoor acticity advisory, payment of expense and high school letter winner.

What items should my child bring to camp?


Plenty of sun screen with it already applied. Water bottle with name on it. Lunch/snack with name. Swim bag with name. Goggles. two towels. Sandals. Swim suit. extra t-shirt. for fair skin I suggest getting a "board"/"surfer" shirt and a HAT!

What meals are provided?


No meals are provided. You must bring a packed lunch and a snack. Refridgeration is provided.

What is a typical day like?


Below is our daily schedule:



9:00am Drop off and registration at pool lobby @ 326 E. 6th St.
9:00-Noon Rotate through 3 stations: Swimming Skills, Diving Skills and Games.
There will be a bathroom/re-apply sunscreen break after first two stations and then again before free swim.
12:30-1:00 Lunch at the pool
(Note: Campers must bring their own lunch and snack. Lunch will NOT be provided.)
1:00- 1:45 Crafts and Team Activities at the pool that count toward "The Olympic Challenge" on the last day.
1:45-2:00 Reapply Sunscreen.
2:00-4:15 Instructional rotations of Swimming, Diving and Waterpolo.  Recreational Swimming and Diving at the conclusion of instruction.
4:30 p.m. Pick up at the aquatics complex lobby

Is there a medical staff at camp?


No medical staff but trained life guards are on duty during the working hours of camp.
