Team,
I have added a Jaeger Sports long toss video to our web site. If you have 5 minutes check it out so you can understand what the coaches are wanting you to do when we say warm up long tossing.
I have also added Tuesday practices to our routine at Mission Viejo field #4 (Southwest field)
