Summer Dance Experience Camp

Summer Dance Experience Camp July 10-14th

Ages 5-12 years old     

Monday-Friday 9am-2pm (Extended hours available upon request)

 

Participants in the Summer Dance Experience Camp will learn various styles of dance including: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre. This experience will also give the students the opportunity to be taught by several different instructors. The Campers will be educated in Dance History and will have Craft Time.

Our Daily themes are: Disney Day, Circus Circus, Hawaiian Luau, Crazy Hat Day, and Pajama Day 

Snack will be provided

Please pack a lunch for your dancer and a bottle of water with their name on it

$150 for the session

Disney Summer Intensive

Disney Performance Summer Intensive August 7-11th

The Disney Performance intensive is for all current legacy dance company members, and students that are interested in joining us for the Walt Disney World Performance in June 2018.  Please talk to your dance teacher to see if this intensive is right for you. Ages 8 and up  

10am-2pm (10-11:30am technique class, 11:30am-12 Lunch *please send your child with a lunch) 12-2pm choreography)

$150 for the week (students that will be 7 by June of 2018 will only participate in the choreography portion of the intensive for $85)

Any dancer that does NOT participate in this intensive will not be permitted to perform in the production number. Sorry for any inconvenience

 

Technique class will be taught by a different instructor daily. We will focus on technique as well as flexibility, balance and specialty tricks. We bring in outside intructors as well as current DTD intructors for the intensive. Choreography will be taught for our company production to be performed at community events, our recital, and at Walt Disney World.

Recital 2012!

Recital Tickets

Recital Tickets are still available for $15 in advance and $18 at the door. ALL GUESTS NEED A TICKET TO ENTER THE AUDIENCE, INCLUDING CHILDREN!

Annual Performance

Destined to Dance prides itself on our annual end-of-year show which will be held on Saturday June 23th at 1pm. Dress Rehearsal will be on Friday June 22th from 6-9pm. Both the Dress Rehearsal and Recital will be held at at Middlesex High School. Our end-of-year performance will feature the students in dances that showcase what they have learned. Each class will perform one dance. Participation is optional and the fees associated with the show are as follows:

Costume/Recital fee for all ages = $75 per class, this fee includesprops, hair pieces, and tights for the younger children(required)

Costumes are non refundable and/or returnable!

$15 per ticket for parents, friends and family purchased in the studio (required)

$18 for all tickets bought at the door the day of the show (optional)

$25 for pre-ordered professional DVD of the show (optional)

Professional group and individual photos (price determined by photographer-optional)

$15 for Destined to Dance annual Recital T-Shirt (optional) Required for all Legacy members

The non-refundable payment for your child’s costume will be due by December 15. Your child’s costume cannot be ordered until the non-refundable payment of $75 per class has been received. If the fee is not paid by the due date then a $25 late fee is added to cover additional shipping charges. Students will not be allowed to take home costumes and participate in recital until all tuition and fees are paid up to date.

Costumes must be immediately tried on at home when received and we must be notified before your child’s next class if there are any size issues.

ALL costume payments are non refundable. If your child withdraws from class for any reason you are responsible for paying the remainder of the costume balance.
