2019 MAKE-UP SCHEDULE
Should a Team forfeit 2 times during the coarse of a season that team will be suspended for the remainder of the season plus the following season.
Any team that forfeits a game must pay the umpire fee of $40.
The HMSL Legal Bat List is there for a reason - If a bat is NOT on the list regardless to what bat it is it will be considered illegal (non-approved in this league) & the player using the bat will be call out.
Should the player use the bat a 2nd time during that game the player will be ejected from the game.
Player Eligibility is spelled out in the Manager's Packet paper work (See Hand Out Section), please read all eligibility requirements as it is the Manager's responsibility for their Team's Roster.
If a player does not fit within the rules of eligibility that player cannot play in this league. Should a player be challenged & it is determined that they are not legal to play under our guidelines both the player and the manager will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
Challenges will be handled the same as a protest and a Manager from the opposing team can challenge that players eligibility status. Should it be determined that the player is eligible the Manager requesting the protest will be fined $50. This fine will hold true for any other protest.
