To be eligible to play on a 13 or 14 yrs old Gopher State Traveling team players need to be attending CRHS in their 9th grade year.
To play on the 15 yrs old Gopher State Traveling team you must have tried out for the CRHS 9th grade baseball team.

Please Remember, Grading players during tryouts is not a perfect science. Knowledge of a players playing ability can be taken into consideration by the evaluators. Coaches generally select players based upon tryout grades, filling positions for the team. No system is perfect and we always look for ways to improve the process. If you have any suggestions or wish to help us in this effort, contact a board member about getting involved.

Players that do not make one of the Gopher State League teams they will play in the North Star League.
This league plays in the MYAS North Star Baseball league. They play teams in other cities around Coon Rapids as well as other CR teams. A typical season is 16-18 games, 2-3per week, played Sun-Sat.
They can also participate in the State Rec Tournament at the end of the season.
