Come out and support your 2017 Valley League Champions in round one of the CIF Division II Playoffs.  Game time is at 3:30 against Point Loma here in Ramona.  The Bulldogs have been awarded the home game by virtue of their #4 seed in the division.  Point Loma is the #5 seed, coming off a tremendous season in which they won their league championship for the first time in decades.   Go Dawgs!!!

Chiropractic specialist Dr. Tommy John will be speaking here at RHS in the PAW on Tuesday, February 7th at 7:00 pm.  He will be discussing how to properly take care of a baseball player's body, particularly the arm.  All are welcome to attend.  Admission is free.
