Waterford Corsairs Youth Football and Cheer

Waterford Corsairs offers a one week Football Camp, open to the general public. Camp is for youth ages 8 to 13.

Cost is $30. Includes camp shirt.

Camp is week of July 20 - July 24    6pm to 8pm

 

Camp is held at Rotary Park on 5485 Tubbs Road.

Wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes or cleats. No jeans. No football equipment is necessary. Bring plenty of water.

You can register online or at the start of camp on monday.

 

Open Registration will be Saturday May 4th from 10:00am - 1:00pm at the CAI building on Williams Lake Rd. Registion is strictly on a first come first served basis and spots are limited. 

Participation costs for the 2013 season are as follows:

Football         $225.00 plus jersey

Cheer            $200.00 plus extras (shoes/spankies/etc)

Flag Football $150.00

 Payment arrangements are available for both, new and returning participants. Payment arrangements must be made at open registration and paid in full before any epuipment is handed out. If you are a returning player and have pre-registered, you MUST show up and make payment arrangements at open registration on may 4th. No equipment will be handed out until full payment is received. No Exceptions. 

There is a $25.00 sibling discount. There is no referral discount.  

 

The Waterford Corsairs will be competing in two leagues for the 2013 season. The Corsairs Green squad will continue to compete in the NYFL. The Corsairs Blue squad, along with Corsair Varsity will compete in the Oakland Macomb Youth Football Association. This move was done soley for the purpose of providing the Varsity squad a full slate of teams to compete against. Along with the move, the Corsairs will be adding a flag team comprised of 5-6-7 year olds. The flag program will get the kids started on learning the concepts of football. Stay tuned for more information. 

The Waterford Corsairs are in need of a Football Coach for the Freshman Green Team, the new Flag Team and all Cheerleading Teams. All potential coaches must fill out an application and submit to an intensive background check. The Waterford Corsairs are affiliated with Waterford Parks and Rec and as such, adhere to Waterford Parks and Rec guidelines for background checks.
