JUNIOR PRACTICE
Practice nights remain the same on Monday and Thursday nights throughout the year.
CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Monday and Thursday night training begins at 6:00pm until 7:30pm at LaSalle Park
Please come dressed for training, proper running shoes and a large water bottle is a must. Please bring bug spray with you as we run through the trails and grass.

SENIOR PRACTICE
Practice for the Senior Group ( sprinters) will be held at Nelson High School on the following days:
Sundays start at 3:00pm at the hill behind Nelson High School
Tuesday and Thursday nights begin at 5:30pm at Nelson High School Track
