We're getting a big head-start in what is sure to be an exciting and fun-filled season.  Our Coach Selection Process is complete for the 2011 Season, we've had our first Head Coach meeting, we finalized the plan for the 1st week of camp, and we're going to get information on registration for both Football and Cheerleading out a little earlier this year (the exact date is still TBD). 

To keep things moving in preparation for the season, we are putting out the call a little earlier this year.  Usually, the process for getting assistant coaches is that dads who have been assistants in prior years simply tie in with the head coaches on their own and then a few more dads step up during the first week of camp.  And it's the same for the Team Mom - a mom who has done it in the past wait until teams are picked and then answer the "call to duty".

So...this year, we are asking that any dad who is interested in being an assistant coach and any mom who is interested in helping out as the Team Mom to please contact one of the head coaches for your son's weight-class ASAP or email Dave Wiesner at bycbertbellrep@gmail.com.  Please include your son's name, birthdate, and estimated weight (so we can place you in the correct weight-class) in the email. 

Our goal is to include as many assistant coaches in the Garnet Valley Coaches Clinic hosted by GV Head Coach Mike Ricci on June 4th and to have our coaching staffs set prior to the August camp.  We also have a new Team Mom steering committee that would benefit greatly from having everyone in place prior to the first week of camp.

Equipment returns for all contact teams will be on Monday night the 15th from 6:30 until 9:00pm. This will be the only night we will be doing turn ins.
