It’s nearly 2012 and the league is filling up rather nicely. If you haven’t registered and paid your $500 deposit for 2012, you are in danger of not getting a spot! If you’d like to check to see if your team is registered, check for your team name on the website (www.hpsa.ca) in your division. If you don’t see your team, we don’t have your deposit and you’re not yet guaranteed a spot.
To reserve your spot, make sure we have a $500 deposit (balance to be paid by end of Feb 2012) and let me know which division you wish to join (if you’d like to request a change from last season).
The pricing structure is as follows:
If deposit is received by December 31st, the price for the season will be $2600 and jerseys will be included
On Jan 31st the price will hold at $2600 but the Jerseys will NOT be included
The deadline to pay the final balance on the season is Feb 28th.
We will allow payment until March 31st, but any discounts/free jersey offers will be nullified once the Feb 28th deadline has passed.
We have split division 3 into two divisions for next year, and adjusted the division names for next year. Divisions 1 and 2 will remain the same, but division 2B becomes 3, division 3 becomes a split between 4 and 5. We now have space for 8 teams in each division and once they are gone, they are gone. There will be no further expansion.
The nights for each division are tentatively as follows:
Monday Division 1
Tuesday Division 3, 4
Wednesday Division 5
Thursday Division 2
Every team will play a few Sundays as always
The approximate value of the Jerseys is $300, but if you don’t need Jerseys, you can take a $150 credit at Home Run Sports. Jerseys are dry-fit shirts with numbers in any of approx 30 available colours.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Interac, Visa, or Mastercard (Visa and MC are subject to a 2% surcharge)
