Due to a scheduling conflict with an outdoor league meeting for April 19th, the next Discipline Panel Review meeting has been changed from April 19th to April 12th.
Coaches/Managers:
Please note that the deadline to submit schedule "Block Off" Requests is March 31, 2011. The procedure to follow is to request the dates you wish to block off from the outdoor schedule through your club ONLY. Do not send this to me directly….they will not be considered.
We have asked that each club collect the block off requests from their teams and submit as one email to aid in the scheduling process.
Please note that teams may block off a maximum of two periods of seven days, not consecutive, and not coinciding with the McGarrigle Cup Weekend (August 13/14) or the Soccer Fest Weekend (U8 & U9 teams only – July 16/17), as applicable.

All teams are reminded that the Application Deadline for the 2011 Outdoor season is February 15, 2011!
Please be advised that the advertised "Holiday Challenge" tournament at the Bradford Sports Dome is NOT an OSA sanctioned event. No YRSA club teams will be given permission to enter this tournament.
Coaches:
No player can be utilized by more than one team in any playing division of the YRSL (as per YRSL Indoor rules 6.0.1 and 6.0.2)
