REGISTRATION

Returning player registration will occur by area/camp in February at live registration events — See Registration Information link on left side of home page for details.

Open registration for everyone will begin online March 1st, with live events monthly — See Registration Information link on left side of home page for details.

Coaches applications are being accepted NOW. Coaches from the 2011 season wanting to return are urged to get their applications in as soon as possible. Assistant coaches and team manager applications may also be submitted now, but are subject to approval of the head coach with a limit of 10 badged personnel in any capacity per team.

Please come out and support the Reed Raiders Cheerleading squads who are hosting a Talent Show for Kourtney, one of our Collegiate Cheerleaders. Firday January 20, 2012 at Mendive Middle School at 6:30pm in the gym. There will be a Talent Show & Silent Auction. Donations are being accepted.

CHEER COMPETITION DVDs will be available for pick up at the league office on Friday, December 23rd, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you did not order a DVD and wish to purchase one, they are $35 each, cash or money order only.

Football equipment may also be returned on Friday, December 23rd at the league office from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Deposit refunds are no longer available.

The league office is at 5390 Riggins Court, behind the Meadowood Mall.

December 13, 2011 from 5:30 to 8:30 All Camps

December 17, 2011 from 10 to 2 All Camps

December 20, 2011 from 5:30 to 8:30 All Camps

Equipment to be returned:
Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Game Pants, Practice Pants, Knee pads

These are the only dates available to get your deposit back.

Winter Classic Information

Coaches and Parents:
The Winter Classic All-Star games are Saturday the 10th. at Mackay Stadium on the University of Nevada campus. $5 entry fee per adult, no booster passes accepted.

We will be providing the Winter Classic portraits for participants prior to each game. The schedule will be as follows:

10:00 am Freshman Football Teams Pictures
11:00 am Freshman Cheer Teams Pictures
Noon Freshman Game
12:00 pm JV Football Teams Pictures
1:00 pm JV Cheer Teams Pictures
2:00 pm JV Game
2:00 pm Varsity Football Teams Pictures
3:00 pm Varsity Cheer Teams Pictures
4:00 pm Varsity Game
4:00 pm Collegiate Football Teams Pictures
5:00 pm Collegiate Cheer Teams Pictures
6:00 pm Collegiate Game

All participants will receive one free memory mate photograph, consisting of a 4″×5″ individual and a 5″×7″ team photo. Additional prints or items must be paid for separately by the parents.

All coaches should be receiving the picture packets this week from the league. All kids MUST have a form completed, even if no additional products are purchased.

DELIVERY OF ALL PHOTOS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

Outer lying areas will have their photos mailed in bulk to their leagues respective area coordinator on Monday December 19th. Your area coordinator will then be responsible for distribution of all photos.

Reno/Sparks areas will have a one day pick up at our office on Tuesday December 20th from 7:00am to 6:00pm. We are located at 1875 E. Peckham Lane, Reno. On the contact page of our website, www.nevadasportphoto.com there is a map and a photo of our building for your reference. After Tuesday’s pickup day, all remaining photos will be given to the SYFL office for distribution unless prior arrangements have been made.

All parents have the option to pay an additional fee of $5 to have us mail their photos directly to them. All photos will be mailed out on Tuesday December 20th.
