The registration fee includes pictures, use of game jersey and insurance coverage. Please make cheques payable to: New Westminster Minor Lacrosse Association. [Post-dated cheques to August 1st are acceptable. Registrations received after August 1st require payment of an additional $20 on all fees]

Please register early. You may pick up your registration and drop off to Moody Park Arena 10am – 3pm at the office.

A care card number, photocopy of the players birth certificate and proof of New West residency must be submitted with the registration form for ANY player that is new to Field Lacrosse and for those who do not have them on file.

The only Accepted proof of residency: city utility bill, gas bill, land phone line or property taxes
