Coach John Swigart would like to invite your child to take part in “The Edge” program which will focus on areas that will make your child a better ATHLETE!  The word “athlete” is stressed because the program will be designed to increase your child’s agility, balance, flexibility, footwork, speed, strength, and power.  The focus will not be on cardiovascular endurance, rather short to intermediate explosive type exercises with the proper rest cycles.  This program will be available for children from 8 and up.

8-10 Centennial team Win State Championship

Posted by Paul Marshall at Dec 7, 2011 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )
Congrads go out to all the Warhawks who played in the State semi-finals and championship games.
We are SO proud of each and everyone of you, players, coaches, Team Admin and all those
behind the scenes that truly make everything run smoothly!
Our 8-10 Centennial (Div 3) Team proudly won the State Championship.
You can see this and other results at the  Mid Maryland Website.

Our 8-10 Centennial were recently spotted in the Paper at Here.
The game was definatly a nail biter right down to the very end. Esp. in overtime.
Both teams did a FABULOUS job! The team stayed and fought to the the last whistle
blow defending their undeafeated season. Way to go!
