Age Waiver Assessment
Children that are not age eligible for a division may request a waiver assessment for the next higher division. To request a waiver assessment, please fill out the Age Waiver Request form and submit it to the Player Agent no later than January 28. Requests received after January 28 may be denied. All children who request an age waiver must attend the Waiver Assessment. Please see the league calendar for the latest information on dates, times, and locations. Failure to attend the session without prior arrangements may result in denial of the waiver request.
How to Register: Please register at one of our in-person registration dates (see above) and turn in the age waiver request form with registration. At this time age waiver's can not be proceed in the online registration system.
Please Note: Any league age 8 year old who wants to play up to AA that has not previously played minors baseball must go through a primary assessment to see whether or not they are eligible to play up in AA. Any player deemed eligible will then go through the player showcase assessment and be drafted. All players that are not eligible will be placed on a machine or coach pitch team.
Age waivers will not be accepted for the Tee Ball division.
Practices begin on or around March 4, 2016 (Junior and Senior Divisions on the week of March 11, 2017).
Regular season begins on or around April 1, 2017.
Season ends in late May or early June.
*Email will be sent to families from Manager with exact schedule (unfortunately, we can not accomodate individual's specific schedule requests.)
All children in the Minor, Major*, Junior and Senior Divisions must attend the Players Showcase scheduled for their division. Each player will be run through a series of drills to demonstrate their skills for the Managers/Coaches in the division they will be playing in during the spring. Please have players bring their gloves. We will provide helmets and bats if the player does not have them.
Players who do not attend assessments will be placed in the age appropriate division regardless of skill level. No exceptions will be made.
This is a draft division, as such, special requests (including transportation) will not be honored.
*Current Major Division players whose spring 2016 teams are returning will be placed on their spring 2016 team automatically and do not need to attend the showcase assessment. These players will be contacted by their team manager prior to assessments. If your spring 2016 team is not returning, the player will be placed back in the player pool to be drafted onto another Major Division team roster and must attend the showcase assessments.
