For the first time since 1996, Manchester has won the CT District 8 Baseball Championship with a 7 to 3 victory over Tolland. They now move on the Sectionals against Moosup/Plainfield and Woodstock. They will be playing Woodstock on Tuesday, 7/17. All of the Sectional games will be played at Ellington’s Brookside Park which is located at 50 Sadds Mill Road. All of the games will start at 5:30 PM. If they win on Tuesday, they will be playing Moosup/Plainfield on Wednesday, otherwise they will play them on Thursday. If they make it to the Championship game, they will play on Friday.
