KEEP THE BALLPARKS CLEAN!

As we begin play in 2018, please remember to have your players clean up the bench areas after each game. There are trash and recycling cans at each field and all water bottles, Gatorade, wrappers, etc. should end up in these cans!

It’s also a great idea to have the kids take a couple of minutes before the game to police the field and remove any trash, stones, twigs, etc. that may affect play.

Parents in the stands should also be sure to clean up garbage after the game and try to leave the spectator areas clean.

We also have a special request before and during the season:

Although the town does a tremendous with the upkeep of our fields help is needed to police the fields before the season starts to remove garbage, sticks, and stones. The dugouts can all use some cleaning or grooming. The batting cages at Leber and Bagshaw need to be weeded and the surface needs to be groomed. All the boxes at the various fields need to be cleaned and the equipment stored in them checked out. Please contact a Board member if you are willing to help out.
