Eligibility
Any girl/woman who is age 5 or older.
Elementary Division
Division for K-5 graders. Matches - 3 min. 1/1/1. OT 1 min. - TB 30 sec.
Blocked Weights during 2005 season.
Middle School Division
Division for 6-7-8 graders. 4 1/2 min. 1.30/1.30/1.30 Same
74, 83, 89, 94, 97.5, 101, 104.5, 108, 111.5, 115, 119, 123.5, 128, 136.5, 150, Over-150.
High School Division
Division for 9-10-11-12 graders. 6 min Championships, 5 Consy
100, 105, 110, 114, 118, 122, 126, 130, 134, 138, 144, 152, 165, Over-165.
Collegiate Division
Division. 7 min Champs 3/2/2, Consy 6.
107, 114, 121, 128, 133, 138, 145, 154, 165, Over-165.
Insurance
This tournament is insured by the Bob Leid Agency, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, the leading wrestling/team sports insurer in the country. They specialize in wrestling. Policy is available upon request. Send stamped self addressed envelope to the USGWA Director for a copy.
Style
Folkstyle (high school style) rules. National Federation rules book will apply with some modifications. --weight classes / hair netting / NCAA rules for Collegiate Women Division
Entry Fee
$20.00 per wrestler if postmarked by March 5, 2005; $25.00 at weigh-in REGISTER EARLY!!!!!!
Spectator Admisssion Fee
$6.00. Everyone pays except wrestlers, referees, table workers, and tournament administrators. Children under age 5 FREE.
Individual Awards
Medals to the TOP 3 placers in each weight in each division.
Uniforms
High School uniforms shall not be worn. Elem, Middle School, and Collegiate/Open may wear whatever uniform they choose.
Weigh-In Attire
A singlet is the REQUIRED weigh-in attire.
