The Board Members of VCYSA continue to work to improve our facility and the overall soccer experience for our players while keeping costs below our competing clubs. Fundraising has proven to be a vital component to acheive our goals. This fall fundraiser with the McDonald’s Peeler cards is our most successful fundraiser to date. We thank all of you for your efforts. VCYSA netted over $18,000 in profit. These funds will go directly to assist in the irrigation project that is currently underway at our facility.
In addition, almost $2,000 will be donated on behalf of our players at VCYSA to the Ronald McDonald House.
Our overall winners for selling the most cards are:
1st Place-Derek Dean, earns $30 cash prize, $10 Walmart card and a free McDonalds Peeler card.
Tied for 2nd Place-Andie Howard and Jacob Shepherd. They both will receive $20 cash, $10 Walmart Card and a free McDonalds Peeler card.
Katie Myers, Troxel, Ethan Cork, Madison Myers, Porsche Miller, Olivia Branam, Savannah Wilkins, Daniel Roberston, Christopher Clapp, and Ethan Leonhard all will receive a free Peeler card also for exceeding their goals.
