This week the Freshmen B team faced their conference opponent, Lyons Township. The first half was evenly matched as both teams were scoreless. After a pep talk from the captains, the team came out in the second half and scored on a corner kick opportunity. This gave the team the boost that they needed and the Huskies added two more goals to win the game 3-1. This puts the Freshmen B team with an overall record of 8 wins and 4 losses. Keep up the great work Huskies,

Reserves 4-7-2
The reserve team had a good week, we lost to York 1-0 in a disputed penalty kick that was given to York that put them ahead 1-0. We also beat Addison Trail 1-0 in a good win. We have several injuries that we are playing through as we wind down the season. We are currently 4-7-2 with a few tough games left. We look forward to finishing off the year strong, with a few more wins.
Varsity 11-3-1
The varsity team enters the toughest two weeks of the season. The huskies will face off against Lyons, Morton, Maine South, DGN, and New Trier during the next week…lots of questions will be answered. We have yet to have one team dominate us and look forward in making our run in the playoffs….The huskies were seeded 3rd in our sectional and it’s not official, yet, but more than likely we will be playing community rival Fenwick in a regional title…more information to come.
Game time Today is 4:30 in the stadium…stay for the game…enjoy the Homecoming Block Party afterwards.
